The DANGER REPORT! How will this impact you?

Our August 14th meeting will be a round table event where we will discuss The Danger Report. We will have four 20 minute breakout tables that will be led by a CIREB Board of Director. The intention is that we will review and discuss each topic as a small group. Here are a few points that we will cover and disucss in the meeting:

AGENTS:

3. The Decline in the Relevancy of Agents

BROKERS:
1. Regulatory Tsunami Hits

3. Brokers Simply Go Broke

 MLS:
1. Unclear End Result
2. Entry by a New Player
3. Control of a National MLS

 NAR & ASSOCIATIONS:
1. Out Positioned as Industry Spokesperson
2. The Dues Disconnect
3. The Quality / Quantity Challenge

If you would like to review more details found in The Danger Report prior to our meeting please visit: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9iQLKGdpyrA
